Bath Time Beauty Routine

Sings to herself… Splish-splash I was having a bath….

Bath Beauty Routine

Hi everybody,

Now that the weather is getting colder and the day is short, I have been really enjoying taking long, hot, leisurely baths before going to bed. I feel like a nice bath takes away all the stress and tiredness of the day and leaves me relaxed and ready for a good night’s sleep.

I have little bath routine, which some days is more extended than others,  that of course involves all of my favourite beauty products for during my bath and my after bath pampering.

Here are some of my favourite bath time companions!

Lush Snow Angel Bath Melt

Lush Angel Bath Bom

I admit it. I’m absolutely, 100% addicted to bath bombs and melts from Lush. Whenever I’m at a Lush shop, I’m always torn about what to choose because I love everything! Their Christmas range is my favourite and I have to confess that although it’s the first days of November, I have already purchased my first product of the Lush Christmas collection! The Snow Angel bath melt has an irresistible marzipan scent and it dissolves so beautifully in the water leaving a white foam sprinkled with golden glitter. So cheerful and festive! It also contains cocoa butter which leaves the skin smooth and soft. Can’t wait to try the rest of the products in their Christmas range!

Aussie Miracle Moist Shampoo

Aussie Shampoo

I have blonde Ombre highlights on my hair, which combined with the fact that I am styling them at least once per week, means that they often feel quite dry and dull. Apart from how much I love the scent of this shampoo, it is indeed a moisturising powerhouse for my hair. According to Aussie, this is thanks to its Australian Macademia nut oil infused formula. It makes my hair feel so soft takes away the frezziness without feeling heavy.

L’Occitane Bonne Mère Rose Soap

L'Occitane

Before trying L’Occitane soaps, I only used shower gels. After trying their Amande soap though, I developed a new love for soaps and I now use them frequently. L’Occitane still remains one of my favourite soap brands due to their high quality and hydrating formula.

My friend gave me the Bonne Mère Rose Soap for my birthday and I  instantly fell in love with its beautiful scent. I have repurchased it a few times since and I enjoy how pampered and moisturised it makes my skin feel and the light fragrance of freshly cut roses that it leaves on my body.

The Body Shop British Rose Fresh Plumping Mask

I

The Body Shop British Rose Fresh Plumping Mask

love adding this step to my bath routine. As the hot steam leaves the pores of the skin open, it is the best timing for enjoying  all the advantages that the British Rose Fresh Plumping Mask has to offer! The gel formula of the mask feels so refreshing  and it is infused with real rose petals which gives it a heavenly scent. It also contains rosehip oil and organic Community Trade aloe vera which leave the skin deeply moisturised and soft. And I was pleased to know that  it’s formulated without parabens, paraffin, silicone or mineral oil.

Caudalie Devine Oil

Caudalie Divine Oil

If you read my previous post about the Caudalie products I recently purchased, you already know how much I  love this oil.  Finishing my bath routine by enveloping myself in this gorgeous fragrance feels like such a luxurious pampering.  It leaves my skin deeply moisturised and helps me feel a strong sense of well-being and relaxation.

Clarins Self Tanning Instant Gel

Clarins Self Tanning Instant Gel

I am usually very picky with self tanning products. This one though is an exception.  So easy to use, it dries quickly and gives the skin such a natural golden glow! It does have the biscuity scent that most self tan products leave on the skin  but its slightly more subtle. It’s a great pick-me-up when I feel that my skin is looking pale and dull.
Do you have a bath routine? Let me know which are your favourite products for it that I should definitely try!
Love,
Eleni xx
