This year, my most loved season starts with us moving to a new house. This is a change that I have been craving for a while so I am super excited to be waking up every day in our new flat which was love at the first sight. With this excitement, comes the desire to have everything perfect and to keep our new space as clean and organised as possible.

I am a very strange combination of someone with a messy nature who is getting extremely frustrated with chaos and lack of organisation. So for this flat, I have been Googling, Pinteresting and Amazoning my way around all the home organisation hacks I can get my hands on. Let me add that beautiful as our new home is, it is also lacking in storage space so keeping everything tidy is key. So here are 5 home organisation tools I have recently bought and love.

360 Degree Rotating Makeup/Skincare Organiser

Being the beauty-junkie that I am means that I always need loads of space for all my skincare/make up bags. More often than not, I have products hidden away in bags that I forget about and buy more of accumulating more and more stock I have no space for.

Enter this amazing organiser! I really don’t know how I was without it! It is amazing how much space it offers and how many products it fits in it. It is very easy to assemble and the adjustable shelves mean that you can fit different size products in it, even quite tall ones. Its rotating feature allows easy access to every product and it has quite literally changed my life as I can now enjoy most of my favourite beauty products without having to look through a number of little bags to find everything. It was just £17.99 from Amazon* and I am pretty sure I will be getting a second one soon.

Hair Dryer/ Styling Accessories Stand

Now you might think that this is an exaggeration but it’s amazing how much comfort this little stand has brought into my life! As I said, we don’t have much storage space in the house and neither did we in the previous ones when it comes to drawers and cupboards. As a result, the hair dryer, straightener and curl tong were either lying on a surface in the bedroom looking messy or taking up too much space in a drawer.

This stand, apart from looking beautiful in rose gold, saves so much space on my vanity, keeps the tools and most importantly their cords nice and tidy and can hold the straightener and curl tong whilst they are still hot protecting any other surface from damage. Another little Amazon* buy for £14.23.

Tissue Box Cover

I have inherited my mother’s allergies so I need easy access to tissues as soon as I wake up (very glamorous, I know). I also like to keep my bedside table tidy without much stuff lying around it as they say that a clutter-free bedroom creates a more serene and relaxing environment to help sleep patterns.

I love this little tissue box cover because it keeps the bedside table looking stylish and also offers a little tray for my rings, watch and lip balms helping the space look tidy. This was £11.53 again from Amazon *.

Bag Hanging Organiser

Anybody else here with a handbag addiction? I keep buying new bags but go through phases where I want to wear just the one bag. It probably has to do with everything that I would have to transfer to the other bag when changing! As a result, my other bags end up collecting dust and getting all tangled up.

I love this handbag organiser from Shein because it keeps the bags protected and tidy, creating space in the wardrobe. I also like that the pockets are clear so that you can easily find the bag you want to wear. It was £6.49 and totally worth it.

 Multifunctional Four-Claw Hook

Staying on the subject of closet organisation, this four-claw hook from Shein is also a perfect home organisation little tool. I am currently using it as handbag storage as I only order only one of the handbag organisers mentioned above, but I am planning on buying a second Bag Hanging Organiser and use this one for my scarves to keep them organised and easily accessible as it spins around.

Do you have any home organisation hacks you swear by? I’d love to know them and try them out!

Love,

Eleni xx
